I give them a 4 out of only because they advertise a heated pool (jacuzzi area), which has been broken for more than a year and the have never made an attempt to fix it and the water in the pool is extremely cold. Maybe if they kept the pool area at higher temp it wouldn't be too bad. So if you are just going to sleep and chill it's a great place. But if the pool is a must, then be ready to brave the cold

- JCJeannie ClaphamSep 7, 20254.0Location excellent right on 65 hwy. Breakfast better than any hotel ever stayed at with real organic local eggs. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was on outside so noise was an issue with people walking by room and sirens etc. A bit outdated in some rooms but lobby and rest of hotel very nice newly remodeled.
