The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and it felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority at all. The overall management seemed careless, and the hospitality was far below expectations. For the price charged, the experience was not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, or a pleasant stay. Definitely not a place I would stay at again.
