- NANick AguilarOct 8, 20251.0“I don’t have a microwave in my room?” “No. The only rooms with a microwave are the family suites and the jacuzzi suites” “Tell whomever decided to do that it was a stupid idea” (as I’m heating my dinner in the lobby microwave.) “I won’t be coming back here.” By the way I’m a “Diamond Select” customer. For 170 dollars for a 2 star room and no microwave-go elsewhere. Like a Motel 6.

- RNRyan NAug 31, 20252.0Only about 20 TV channels worked out of the 100s. Told them about it, they came to room messed with TV for 10mins, wasn't able to make it better. They had news channel playing lobby but I had no access to it. They never offered a TV or room with more channels. They never attempted to clean our room when we were out in day. No extra towels for pool. I'll stay at Painted Pony in Show Low next time. Had much better experience there years ago.

- MBML BJul 13, 20255.0We had the best time visiting relatives while in Snowflake and driving her Mazda. Staying at the BEST Western at night felt so cozy. The big bathtub was a welcome surprise at the end of the day too.
