  I travel regularly with my wife and four daughters, often booking rooms well in advance through the app due to our changing schedules. During our recent stay, I requested extra clean towels for my 2 rooms — a reasonable ask given our family size — and was met with an unprofessional attitude from the front desk. I was then charged more for having my daughters in the rooms, which I would have gladly shared at check-in had I been asked. Instead, I was told to leave the lobby, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.I’ve never been treated this poorly over a reservation and a simple towel request. I won’t be staying here again and strongly encourage others — especially families — to consider alternative accommodations.

  This location was wonderful! A complimentary goodie bag with water, popcorn, and cookies was waiting for us when we entered our room. The rocking chair right outside our door was a perfect place to read and relax and the fire pit ended the evening beautifully!

  Me and my wife stayed here in room 101 recently. We just picked this place because of the reviews and we just need an overnight stay. I must say that we were pleasantly greeted by the front desk and also when we got to the room, they had a sweet welcome bag with a couple of waters and a couple of treats That was way more than what we expected at this price point. There was a posted letter explaining how much pride they take in there hotel. Also they asked for us the customer to let them know if they had any issues during your stay. I have to say that it definitely shows that they all take pride in this hotel. The landscaping upon arrival was well landscaped, comforting and welcoming. The rooms appeared that they were recently painted and new Fixtures were added which were nice and clean. I booked a two queen room. The sheets were clean and comfortable. the first bed closest to the door was perfect. That bed was comfortable. The second bed was not as comfortable. I let the morning front desk person know and they said they would pass this information up. I feel confident that they will look into this and take care of it. I will happily say that this place was much better than expected at this price point especially. If anyone is looking for a nice clean, safe place to stay, I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely stay here again myself next time I’m traveling through town. If I have any regrets, it’s only because the pool is closed for the season. because even the pool area and the pool itself was immaculate and clean. And I would’ve loved to spend some time there. We are not very familiar with the area, but it seemed a little off the beaten path which made it feel very homey and exceptionally safe. It even has rocking chairs outside.
