- JJJ JOct 22, 20255.0Stayed here two nights while visiting New Orleans, Mary on reception was wonderful, she gave us all the locations to eat, places to visit and even changed our room as the safe wasn’t working, every hotel needs a Mary …….. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was good

Best Western was able to accommodate my family and I at the last minute. Will not be spending another dollar with IHG and will be staying at best western for now on.

The customer can add them it themselves if they want to. You are not saving money by doing this I seen customer throwing it away

I’ve been living in the U.S. for almost ten years, and this was my first time staying at a hotel in this group — and I was truly impressed. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made it so relaxing after a long day. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the comfortable bed, showed how much they care about their guests. The staff were kind, welcoming, and professional — they made everything easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel group again for my future travels. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and true hospitality!
