I stay at Best Westerns all of the time and NEVER have i been treated so poorly. Absolutely ZERO customer service skillls. Not welcomung at all

Extremely clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and decent. It was easy to get to and from the highway and a gas station ⛽️. Would definitely stay here again.

Sunny and amrut are the best hosts ever they made sure that my kids had the most fun and they made sure that we were comfortable the breakfast is very hot and very good and I’ll most definitely be back the next time I’m in Kentucky
