  Really lovely hotel, with fantastic staff and clean tidy rooms and grounds. Dog friendly and quiet, despite it's closeness to the overpass. Only bummer was that the shower couldn't keep a temperature to save it's life.

  They added an extra night after I checked out and I’m waiting on a refund. Looks like this BW has this issue, never had this problem at any other hotel I’ve stayed at

  Im still trying to get my money back for billing me after I paid in full. Breakfast was good. Super clean area in the reception area you eat in. Clerks were friendly but manager never returns your calls. I had checkout issue. I left without getting checked out they said they would take care of everything. Nope now im fighting to get my money.

  The staff were very friendly and eager to answer questions and accommodating. Rooms, facilities, and parking lot were clean. Lots of trash cans located throughout the parking areas. Dedicated dog areas with potty bags available. Rooms are large and quiet with microwave and refrigerator included. I will definitely stay here again when returning to the area. Keep up the great job!

  We checked into our room & went to grab food. When we got back, my partner went to put something in the mini-fridge & there was a bag of leftover food already in there. At the same time, I noticed the soap in the shower had been opened/used & the towels were dirty. Front desk staff were apologetic & gave us a remodeled room on the other side of the property. It was nicer, but I lifted the coffee maker & there was a dead bug under it. I lodged at three BW properties over the course of a month & they were the worst of the dozen hotels I stayed at, regardless of price-point. Going to reconsider staying at this chain in future.
