- SSSuziOct 18, 20253.0Courteous staff except for Zack’s bar. Served drinks ok but very unfriendly. Tried room service but had to get dressed and come down and pick up my food! The room had really musty smell. Had to ask twice for clean towels the second day but after that no problem. Beds hard as a eta.

The grounds are pretty and well maintained. There is a self-serve snack bar (vending machines and microwave) and laundry facility. The rooms are adequate and all have a mini fridge.

Only complaint is that the fitness center doesn’t open until eight in the morning. Most of us traveling are busy during the day and want to work out before going to our job or tourist activities making it almost impossible to use the fitness center before you start your day.

I had already changed rooms once because of hair/dirt in the bed, and had no energy to change rooms again. There were stains on the walls and mold in the bathroom. When I finally tried to go to sleep I could hear the person above me every time they moved and the shower was very loud. Staff was helpful and friendly but they should inform you that if you want to have a clean room you need to pay more for an updated one.
- BSBrooks SunOct 6, 20255.0We just recently stayed here in this hotel and it exceeded our expectations.The woman who helped us check in and the housekeeping woman were both very helpful,friendly and kind.They have a pool and a gym which is very helpful as well as an entire room dedicated to vending machines.Our room was very clean and spacious too.The only thing I wanted to mention was that the side of the hotel near the parking lot was very unkempt and littered and there were dru*s there as well.
