  Great facility with outstanding customer service and a reliable shuttle service. The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were extremely cozy, making for a restful stay. Highly recommend!

  Rooms are a bit old, but functional, the bed was too old not comfortable. What I didn’t like at all was that they only service the rooms AFTER 3 days, even if requested, they will not service the rooms. There a ton of hotels nearby, the people on the counter are very nice and friendly. The ladies that take care of the food were not very friendly. I like that the dining room is open, they have a microwave to warm food (there isn’t one in the room) I like that they have a play room area (ping pong table & foosball table worn out need to replace).

  I stayed there with my family 4 days in mid-October. They never cleaned the room, and when we asked, they said you must stay in the room for more than four days for the room to be cleaned, never heard of anything like that, not to mention the receptionist told us the room is cleaned everyday. The whirlpool was broken throughout our stay and was never fixed. Finally, everything in the game room was broken. However, the breakfast buffet was okay, and the coffee service by the entrance was good. Despite that, I would never even come close to this hotel again.

  This hotel is amazing. Free shuttle to airport and light rail station to downtown and the convention centers. The staff goes above and beyond to help you and you get great restaurant suggestions and explicit directions to walk to the light rail station 5 minutes away or take their free shuttle to the light rail station which is a short ride to down town Seattle. The $6.00 round trip light rail cost with free hotel shuttle makes it convenient too. Morning hot breakfast is a huge buffet each day and there is even a pool and gym. Perfect Seattle hotel stay.

  We've stayed here 3 or 4 times now, always very pleased. There has been small issued with housekeeping (finding previous guest clothes in our rooms) but they are cleaned by humans, not robots, I understand sometimes things are missed. Breakfast is yummy and the staff are always so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel!!
