Even at 3am, the front desk and shuttle driver served us with a smile. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!

What I didn’t like at all was that they only service the rooms AFTER 3 days, even if requested, they will not service the rooms. There a ton of hotels nearby, the people on the counter are very nice and friendly. The ladies that take care of the food were not very friendly. I like that the dining room is open, they have a microwave to warm food (there isn’t one in the room) I like that they have a play room area (ping pong table & foosball table worn out need to replace).

They never cleaned the room, and when we asked, they said you must stay in the room for more than four days for the room to be cleaned, never heard of anything like that, not to mention the receptionist told us the room is cleaned everyday. The whirlpool was broken throughout our stay and was never fixed. Finally, everything in the game room was broken. However, the breakfast buffet was okay, and the coffee service by the entrance was good. Despite that, I would never even come close to this hotel again.
