  Lisa from guest services at the front desk was a absolute delight. She went above and beyond with dinning suggestions and directions. Was quiet, clean and plenty of safe parking.

  Unless you are ready to go up and down stairs, inhale a musty, mildew smell, listen to chatter outside your door, etc, do not stay here. This hotel seems to have been updated, but was done very poorly, and the smell embedded itself in every thing in the room. It reminded me of the old Holiday Inns. Do better not best western.

  Room smelled of mildew badly left me sick with a cough, cockroach in the tub, tiny bugs on the coffee bar and breakfast bar when food was out. For not much more you can stay at one of the Hilton hotels

  Our room was very clean. The staff was professional and courteous. Access to the beach right across the street. Swimming pool and spa were very clean had washer and dryer access. In room coffee maker which we did not use because there was a free breakfast which was nice. The motel was close to everything in St Augustine, restuarants etc. No complaints here, we stayed 2 nights it was quiet and we felt safe.
