- ILIngrid Leeman3 days ago2.0Strange layout — long corridors to reach rooms and elevators. Breakfast was minimal but fine. I told the front desk the night before that I’d take the 10:00 AM shuttle to O’Hare. At 7:15 AM, I was called and told it was changed to 9:00 AM due to “schedule issues.” Being woken up early after a late night was unacceptable. A professional hotel should notify guests of any change the evening before — not call them at 7:15 AM. Now I’m stuck at the airport 3 hours early, after missing my flight the night before because of an AA delay. Poor communication and management.

Rooms are very clean and we got very good service from front desk people and shuttle says 24/7 thats really helped us when our american airlines flight got cancelled. Thank you best western for your hospitality.
- VTVaneice TerryOct 12, 20251.0Unfortunately the location and 24/7 shuttle service do not make up for the shameful and dismissive service at the front desk. The opposite of customer service with fairly blatant preference of which customers they prefer and treat professionally. American Airlines put me in the hotel. Great service from American Airlines but this hotel clearly does not value their business or customers. I will be reaching out to American Airlines in hopes that they can leverage better service or choose a better business partner.
