Customer service was excellent, rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast was great, and as a truck driver I appreciated the spacious and secured parking they provided in the back of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this BW to others and would return again.

- KLKaren LOct 17, 20255.0Conveniently located right off I-40E, the staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was not too firm, not too soft. I was only disappointed they didn't have waffles. Otherwise, it was great and would stay there again if I travel that way again.

We also liked the clean, pet-friendly rooms on the first floor. It’s convenient to I-40. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was pretty typical for a "hot" breakfast. So nothing special, but quality was decent and what we expected. We would stay here again! And overall recommend it.
