This is a great hotel for your buck! We had access to everything we wanted to do and is easy to find! The pool was clean and the breakfast surprised us with fresh blueberries for your pancakes and warm bagels! Will return!

I checked in around 5 room was dark, I slipped on a puddle because the room had a leak. My butt is so sore. Changed rooms, ac wasn’t working. Tried to use the microwave right now and it locks when there’s food in it. You have to unplug it after every use. I just want to go home

I've stayed at a lot of cheap hotels and this is one of the jankier ones. The sheets and towels appeared clean, there were no insects in the room, the AC was great, and the breakfast staff were friendly. Those are the only nice things I have to say.
CONS
-Desk chair was COMPLETELY coated in makeup glitter
-Blackout curtains didn't completely cover the window so the LED streetlights from the parking lot behind the building shone right over the pillows on the bed all night long. The curtain bar was also too small for the window so you couldn't simply adjust this problem away.
-Curtains also had lots of moth holes that let in LED street light
-Blankets had some burn holes
-Floor was dirty enough that my knees came away gray after 30 seconds of stretching on the floor
-An automated message system in the parking lot behind the building (I'm guessing motion activated) occasionally played a message saying "Warning. This area under video surveillance 24 hours a day". You could hear it loud and clear in the room - all. night. long.
-Door doesn't have great soundproofing so could hear everything outside all night. This included 1 fight, 1 bout of throwing up, 1 group of drunken shenanigans, lots of men arguing, and a dozen semi-trucks pulling into the parking lot at various times of night
-The door had a deadbolt, but the additional lock was simply a chain lock - not the usual door security bar that is now standard on hotel doors for safety purposes.
-The gym was measly. There were two weight machines, an elliptical, and a treadmill. No dumbbells, and the weight machines were placed tightly in the corners of the room, which made it hard to get in and out of them. There was NO disinfecting or cleaning supplies in sight (GROSS). It was also in a tiny room with poor ventilation
-Complimentary breakfast had waffles, scrambled eggs, and some gross biscuits and gravy (and I'm very forgiving when it comes to biscuits and gravy), but no other hot food. No bacon, sausage, potatoes, breakfast scrambles, or anything like that. Coffee was also pretty terrible in my opinion

Card keys didn't work, homeless blocking the laundry room going through garbage cans. Told the front desk, they said they'd call security, none showed up. No outside lights when it got dark in our building, including the pitch black hallway we were in, and guess who was standing there? That same homeless guy digging around for cans. It's a horrible location until the homeless encampments along the river behind the motel are cleared out. Then maybe the service will improve also. We had one towel in our room. When I told the front desk at 7:40 A.M. they said I would have to wait until 8:00 when maintenance showed up. When I asked if she expected me to wait to take a shower, she got a manager to bring me 2 towels. Overnight homeless trash piled up outside of our door. We're on a month long 19 state trip and are now using it as a watermark to judge all bad motels by.
