  This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a view facing Morro rock. It was incredible watching the sunset with all the other folks on their balconies. Walking distance to everything, the spa/hot tub was incredible, we went several times during our 2 night stay. Only suggestion, the spa/hot tub closes too early. The staff, Harry who checked us in, thank you for the friendly personality and laughs, even though we had a late check in. As for the main star, Shelby she was amazing from the moment I made the reservations to our check out. Friendly, accommodating and she truly cares. Only suggestion, the breakfast needs some work. The coffee was very weak.

  Ein schönes, sauberes Hotel mit einer idealen Lage. Wenn man auf der Durchreise ist oder sich für ein paar Tage Morro Bay anschauen möchte, ist dieses Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl.

  Excellent ocean side view with balcony. Walking distance to the Embarcadero and dining. Pleasant staff. Good amenities. Comfortable beds. I've always returned to the San Marcos on my return visits to Morro Bay since before the millennium, and will continue to do so in the future.

  Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise durch Kalifornien für eine Nacht dort. Das Hotel ist sauber, Personal höflich.... Die Lage ist gut. Bucht ohne Frühstück, es gibt genug Cafés in der Nähe. Dann hört es aber auch auf. Die Betten waren Hängematten und umweltfreundlich war es gar nicht. Aktuell sind wir in Carpinteria, auch in einem Best Western+, es trennt Welten. Hier ist es wirklich toll.
