Outdated rooms & $250 deposit for not sure why, it has the same regular stuff every standard best western has... so many better places/rooms for same or less couple miles away. i should of drove to upland / rancho Cucamonga instead of stopping here.
- DDd DavidSep 24, 20255.0I had a fantastic stay clean, comfortable rooms, a delicious hot breakfast every morning to start the day, and staff who were always nearby, friendly, and incredibly helpful. From check-in to checkout, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The rooms were quiet and well kept, the breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and any question I had was handled quickly with a smile. Overall, great value and an easy recommendation for anyone visiting.

- RFRobert FriedbergSep 6, 20251.0BED BUGS....Room not clean, sheets not really clean, carpet worn out and now there is a commuter Metro train that runs right behind this place and they just added a train rail that comes down and the "ding Ding Ding" of a train crossing goes on all day and into the night. Oh and by the way, I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and when we wanted a different room, they made the change but charged me for the new room plus the room I paid for through Hotels.com. Technically they are correct in reading the legal contract between them and Hotels.com but as a hospitality provider, they lack any common sense. Fourth time staying there over the last three years and now....NO MORE. ***Update***I got a refund for the "other room". A little work to get it, but they did issue a credit. Funny that they never reached out to me after I wrote this review.
