    Kept trying to charge my card during my stay over 800 extra dollars. Room had mold behind the fridge and when I left, they actually were able to force a payment onto my credit card for $225 saying that I messed up their curtains in toilet. It was absolutely absurd. This place is a scam whatever card you leave on file they will try to charge extra.. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Cleanliness and service have just dropped off the face of the map. Do not stay here

    If you reading this just go ahead and find another hotel. Anybody saying that they enjoyed the stay and that it was a good quality hotel is lying. 2/10 and the 2 is only because that had an EV charger.

    Told me to wait while they checked to make sure was clean. Check in at 3 and I get there and you don't think the room is clean. Left me and another couple while she went to check. Then another person came in to check. Then another woman who works there came in and asked if we were being helped as I was explaining a man who works there heard,sat at the computer and changed my room to get me checked. As I was getting my key 1st woman came back and said room wasn't clean. Poor management if 3 hours after check in rooms are not clean.🙁

    I have to give a lot of thanks to the manager Tim. I incorrectly booked this hotel and Tim gave me a full refund even though it was past the refund deadline. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

    Room was dirty upon check in and smelled of smoke.
