  Staff is extremely rude, they made our arrival here a nightmare. Parking is a nightmare and beware of all the homeless right next to the property. I won't be coming back and do not recommend.

  Hôtel super bien situé pour visiter Los Angeles. Chambres confortables et spacieuses, petit déjeuner de qualité . Je le recommande vivement et c’est celui où j’irai à chaque fois que je passerai à LA.

  Read recently took a trip to los angeles.This past weekend and we booked two rooms for our large family.The assistant managerFred is absolutely amazing. 2 of my sons checked in earlier, and they had surrounds with them, and Fred offered to allow my kids to lock their bikes into a room down on the 1st floor where they could keep an eye on it. And it would be safe, amazing. Amazing customer service. Such a genuine, nice property. All of the staff was very accommodating. I can't say enough good for the assistant manager check-in. Was an absolute breeze. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were extraordinarily large and very clean. This is going to be the only place we see. Stay on all our future trips to LA I can't say enough good about this hotel

  Jon was kind enough to help us get a great room last-minute when we were in dire straits, and we had a very comfortable stay! Can highly recommend Best Western for weary travelers.

  Excellent service from all the staff. The manager, Fred, is very kind and very professional when serving customers, and Paula serves breakfast. She is very attentive and very cordial. She is excellent at her job. All the food is very delicious. I feel welcome and at home. I recommend this hotel 100%. Thank you viviana Camarillo
