- SLSteven Lizarraga3 days ago1.0This Hotel says they don't except passports it's weird when people from around the world come and visit that hotel they don't accept passports that's ridiculous this place is judgmental racial judgment they judge you by the way you look I do not recommend to stay here because their breakfast and nasty and the service is terrible the racial profile you. I couldn't believe the way I was treated I don't know why I would get racially profiled I own my own business and that's just funny because that's what I was trying to explain to them and they didn't bother so I left and got my stay at the Hilton best recommendation!!!
- RGRandy GoffOct 27, 20255.0Unfortunately, we were only able to spend one night at this location.Because of appointment and time, However, It will be our only place we stay moving forward because it is very close to our kids and new granddaughter. The location is fabulous and the staff was truly amazing. We were able to update to a suite for an additional $7.Because we are best western members and the suite was fantastic. I highly recommend this location.

- PSPete SmithSep 15, 20254.0We normally don’t stay at a Best Western because we are hotel snobs. The choices in Glendora are very limited to we took a chance on the BW. I was actually quite pleased with everything there. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, a decent hot tub with a small pool and very quiet. The Metro train runs right behind the hotel but it is electric and super quiet. We never heard it even though our room was on that side. I would stay here again.
