- MMMark McCartySep 22, 20255.0We recently stayed here one night after visiting Lassen NP. We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was very good. As we were leaving, the front desk clerk gave us a travel packet with water and snacks! How thoughtful. All in all, we had a very restful and relaxing night. I’d recommend staying here if this works with your schedule.

The common spaces throughout the hotel were well maintained and very clean, which I really appreciated. The rooms were spacious, offering plenty of space to relax. That said, the room itself could have been a bit cleaner.
- MPMark ProulxSep 9, 20253.0The room we had was clean and comfortable, but suffered from four annoying deficiencies: 1. Two of the light fixtures did not work. A request to have this looked at by the staff went unanswered. 2. The light fixtures that did work were extremely dim. While I understand the desire to minimize electricity consumption, this problem was particularly severe in the bathroom, where light is an extremely desirable thing. 3. The Wi-Fi signal was too weak to be of any use. 4. The air conditioner was excessively noisy. When set to "heat" mode, it sounds as though a small propeller-driven aircraft is taking off inside the room. The desk staff was very courteous and pleasant. I’d stay here again, but would hope that the management would address these easily solved problems.
- DRDenny RadfordSep 7, 20254.0This is a typical Best Western. Really enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. You can tell this hotel has been remodeled and renovated. Breakfast was average for a Best Western. If you're in the area I would definitely stop by for a rest.
