Check in was quick, the room with the fireplace was perfect, and the location near good restaurants was convenient..

The hotel itself was decent. The room had a funky kind of odor but was alright for one night. The reason I am giving such a low rating would have to be for customer service. On October 2nd around 5 pm I walk in to check in and rather than being greeted when I say hi, the lady shushes me with her fingers and says "just hold on" as she finishes texting on her phone, takes her meds then turns to ask me what I want like I was the problem. She was rude anytime I asked a question and basically didn't do her job, was mostly on her phone.

This is a really nice BW. Rooms are nice, breakfast is nice and the area of Whitefish is very nice. Of course you pay a premium for being in that location. My only complaint would be the toilets. I'm a 6 foot three guy who feels like he's practically sitting on the floor when I'm on these toilets. Geez my only guess is they're trying to accommodate guests with small children? It's a real pain in the butt for me. If you plan on booking a room there and you're a tall person you might want to consider asking them if they have rooms with comfort height toilets.
