I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms looked okay but were pretty filthy. The floor felt very grimy and gross on my feet. I didn’t want to walk barefoot on such a dirty floor. It left my socks disgusting yellow-brown color and I wondered what was so dirty because it smelled bad. Underneath the rim of the toilet was disgusting! I dropped a lid on the ground, and when I bent over to pick it up, I could see under the rim of the toilet and it was filthy. It looked like a ring of poop. It wasn’t just rust Or discoloration because it was very three-dimensional, lumpy. I’ve never seen such a dirty toilet. I think somebody has not cleaned under the rim for about a year. They had about three bags of chips for sale and no drinks as far as snacks being available. There was no place to walk my dogs. Like even if I left that property to walk on a nearby street there was no place to walk around. The only way I had a place to park my SUV and U-Haul trailer is because I was willing to drive over a curb. There was not parking even though I was assured that I would have parking. They didn’t even have parking around the edge like most people do because that was all a fire lane. The guy didn’t even bother looking before he told me it was fine. As I always do, I called this property before I booked the hotel and I told them, “ I travel with my three small service dogs. Two of them are under 10 pounds and the other one is 15 pounds. Is that OK with you”? The guy said “three service dogs? yes OK”. I arrived at the property less than an hour later and I told him who I was and then I just called and asked about about the dogs and the trailer. I showed the service dog certification. He had me sign a piece of paper and I asked, is this about my dogs? And he said no that’s just about your stay. The next day I got kicked out because I had three dogs!!! I was supposed to stay for two days and I got kicked out. I told the guys working in the morning about the preapproval phone call several times and to my face they said they didn’t believe that had happened!!! They insisted that their guy would have written down that I had dogs if I would’ve told him that. If they just would’ve asked the guy, I’m sure he would’ve told them unless he decided to lie about it to keep from getting in trouble because he certainly said to me, “ Three service dogs? Yes OK.” And he saw their service dog IDs when I checked in. Their behavior was very rude and low class. And quite possibly misogynistic.

The room / bathroom was filthy. A health inspector needs to inspect the hotel & food!
