No one at front desk is a huge problem. The girl that ended up eventually coming said they were short staffed. That is no excise. Get to hiring. We will never stay here again. The rooms were dated & not clean. Back door to hotel is left unlocked. Anyone could get in. No thanks, we will pay extra elsewhere.
