  This hotel is clean, comfortable beds, beautiful view of the river. Now let me tell you why I am upset, not ADA compliant. We went through 3 rooms, first one was a suite upstairs- key word UPSTAIRS- then they the three women in a room on the main floor, but it had only 1 bed ok close is fun but on top of each not comfortable. Now finally a room with 2 beds and it's down stairs. Ok what the hell ,UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS.... THE stairs do not a double railing and very hard to climb. There web site does not show they are not ADA compliant. So we paid them we see no elevator. Tomorrow I will be lucky to get out of this place because I am so sore from climbing up and down the stairs to do things with my family here.. Don't stay here if you need help getting up and down the floors. Never again I will never stay here again..

  Falsely accused of stealing from the maintenance room by the front desk worker and the "owners daughter"! The front desk worker saw me leaving my room when I was going to smoke a cigarette and apparently thought I was stealing from the maintenance room. I was cornered outside and harassed by the workers, demanded to see my room keys and they repeatedly called me a thief! Stayed here several dozen times in the past year and will NEVER go back. They made me feel like a lowlife criminal for absolutely no reason (Black 20's male, do with that information as you will).

  The room was in awful shape. There was mold in the bathtub, the curtains were torn, and a piece of electrical conduit had fallen off the wall. Certainly not what I would expect from a hotel charging >$200 a night.
