The corridors smelled of cigarette smoke and you could tell which rooms had smokers in them. There were no washcloths, only a hand towel and a few body towels. The sink faucet was dirty. The bathroom electric outlet was blackened from some sort of short. The shower/tubs drain was extremely slow in draining and I had standing water over my feet before I was half way finished. The window sheer were threadbare. You could see the missing trim by the lock of the door to the adjoining room where it had been kicked in. Close to on of the side entrances a large ceiling tile was missing and the plumbing for a water filter was hanging there.
The breakfast was okay at best, but nowhere near what most Best Western's offer.
The only bright spot was the receptionist who checked me in, she was excellent

I booked this hotel because I wanted to use the indoor swimming pole. When I arrived I checked out the pool. It was open and there was an older couple in there. When I returned to get in the pool later that evening, the lights were out. I went back to my room to call the front desk and my phone in my room did not work. I called on my cell and let them know about the phone and ask about the pool. I was told that the pool was closed for repairs. There was not repair sign put up. It is suppose to be open until 11pm. If it was closed for repairs then the door should have been locked but it wasn't. I was not told the pool would be closed when I booked or when I came to check in. Also someone was suppose to come fix my phone so I could get a wakeup call, but no on ever came. There were no wash clothes, only towels. The towels were so rough, it felt like trying to dry with sandpaper. I have stayed at many Best Westerns but this is the worst experience that I have had.

We would give this a one and a half stars. We were surprised after arriving there to see a broken glass door. Our check in time was at 3pm but we got there around 5pm and we could not receive our room keys because the rooms were not ready. In their defense, they didn't have enough people to clean the rooms so we swam in the indoor pool instead to pass the time. The lights in the pool area weren't turned on until later and the hot tub had questionable water in it and it did not work. There was no dressing room there and because we didn't have rooms yet, we had to change our clothes in the public bathroom in the lobby, which the men's restroom had no toilet paper, and we had to walk all the way to the pool area. Which had an area for spider eggs and for some reason a garlic clove on the ground. Also on our way to the pool, there was a broken air conditioner hanging off the side of the wall. There were chips in the wall of the pool and the water was not well chlorinated. There were chairs there to help disabled people into the water. However, I don't know if they work or not.
The front desk was super professional and did what she could to help us out. Thank you Keisha for being so nice!
We had two double bed rooms that had two conditioner bottles for each bathroom, no shampoo. And they were smaller than hotels normal travel size containers. Our air conditioner had what looked like some kind of rust on it. Only two towels per bathroom. No toilet paper holders. Shower rods were installed after the bathrooms were put in making for smaller space in the tub. Speaking of the tub we saw some mold on the part where the tile and the tub meet.
People were smoking in the hallways so they wouldn't get charged for smoking in their rooms.
No comforters just blankets which was surprising. Tripped on the floor tile in our room because it dipped inwards into either a hole or a ditch. The tv remotes didn't work and one of the tv's had a row of random colored pixels across the top.
Our card keys kept failing to work. Almost got locked out several times. Had replacements that stopped working as well by the next day.
Breakfast wasn't the best except the waffles. I could have had more of those.

Room was clean and the staff were friendly and curteous. Location is currently under renovation and this room, was not completed. No toilet paper or even place for it. No wash clothes and bathroom electric outlet was tripped and would not reset. Refrigerator and microwave were on floor while the stand for them was sitting empty off in back corner of room. There was no coffee pot and some finishing were not fully hung/set up properly yet. The electric plug for tv and microwave located under table was hanging free and did not keep power to microwave. I was able to just plug in other outlet. Breakfast quality was sub-par and, like the room, still incomplete. I understand renovations and what has been done so far is esthetically pleasing, but definitely not worth the $105 as is. Should at least have a room completed before putting people in it, or not charge full price. Met my basic needs for middle of night stop and just a few hours of sleep while on the road, but would not stay here again for price as is.
