  I had a great experience at the Best Western in Richfield. I was traveling with a disabled son and a puppy. Avi at the front desk made our experience wonderful. He helped me find rooms that would work for my family and he let us check in a little early. He was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

  I would strongly recommend avoiding the Best Western in Richfield, Utah. When I checked in, the front desk clerk was rude and made an extremely inappropriate comment, asking if I had multiple wives. The hotel is not ADA compliant — there’s no elevator, and when I requested a first-floor room due to accessibility needs, I was told none were available. The clerk also refused to refund my money because it was the day of my reservation, even though I couldn’t reasonably stay there. Because of the staff’s disrespect and the lack of accessibility, I chose to leave and stay at another hotel. This was a very disappointing experience and certainly not the level of service or professionalism I would expect from a Best Western property.

  I stay in hotel rooms 200 nights a year, and I found the service at this restaurant and hotel to be excellent. The folks that ran, the hotel were super friendly and the beds were super comfortable and I had a fantastic experience. The breakfast bar was opened at 5 AM and was fully stocked with fresh coffee and all sorts of eats. When you're on the road as many days as I am, you really appreciate such fantastic service.

  Great hotel, excellent service. Room's frig wasn't working, they brought up a brand new one withing 15 mins or so. Room was really clean, bed's really comfortable, air conditioner / HAVAC system really quite. Breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and fried eggs, sausage, individual yogurt , and yogurt machine. A fresh coffee machine, very smooth and great taste, a machine for nestles Vitality drinks, orange, apple, cranberry, and strawberry/kiwi. Everything was ready to eat by 05:30. Highly recommend staying here.l
