  This hotel doesn't have a spa anymore and hasn't had one for a long time, I didn't find that out until after paying a nonrefundable reservation. The pool was so cold I couldn't get into it, we checked in on Friday and checked out Monday and only saw 2 teenagers using it once. We had booked a Jacuzzi suite but the button to turn it on was missing and you had to stick your finger in a hole to turn it on. The furniture in the room has seen better days, there was even a hole in the couch and it was dirty. The only redeeming thing was the staff, they were awesome, they addressed a mobility issue by giving us a room near the exit to the parking area that made it convenient to come and go easily. The manager Dawn was prompt in her response to my complaints after our stay, she added some rewards points for the stay and said she was refunding for 1 night out of the 3 but it has been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten any money back. I would not recommend staying here.

  Every year, the church congregation I'm associated with gathers here to celibate the Feast of Tabernacles. They always go above and beyond to ensure our stay is delightful. I love that they have a gym and a sauna. Staff is always awesome. Love the rooms. 10 outa 10 would recommend

  My brother and I were staying here a couple nights traveling, it has the nicest staff of people you would ever want to meet!! Everything was clean and tidy, the breakfast was like a favorite restaurant 😋 Thanks for taking in a disabled veteran and his caregiver and making them feel like family
