We left a gold earring in the room and called 2 hours later to tell them and they got it and saved it for us when we returned 2 days later . That’s great customer service and honest . We definitely will stay here often .

- AGASHLEY GONZALEZJul 29, 20251.01 star is an overreach with how this hotel acted, my husband stays here for work and this is the final straw with this hotel and management. First off they called my husband during working hours to cry about a damn scratch on a tv saying he broke their tv. Hotel did not provide some type of luggage holder so he put his suitcase on top of the dresser that they have. Someone from their staff took it upon themselves to open up his suitcase to make it seem like his case is the one that left a scratch on the tv. He did the responsible thing by checking the tv when he got back. Pictures of the “broken” tv will be attached. He wanted to speak with someone regarding this a week later cause he stays there for work and the manager spoke highly unprofessional and hostile towards my husband said “so you’re the one that broke my tv” said I’ll charge you $550 obviously I looked up the price of the tv doesn’t cost no more than $200 insisted that he pay for her “broken” tv. Needless to say she was rude, unprofessional, and charge my husband $150 for the scratch . This is the same hotel that has broken shower heads, messy rooms, cleaning staff that peeks through your luggage, and coming from the manager herself said If I want to charge you $80 for a stained towel then I will do that too. There was no need for any of this or her out of line tones. Highly recommend not even giving them your business.
