  Service was extremely poor. I booked a two-night stay. While the location itself wasn’t bad, the room was unacceptable. The bed had stains and hair on it, and the bathroom floor and mat were also stained. Even the mattress showed signs of dirt. When I left in the morning and returned later that day, my key card did not work. I had to go down to the lobby and wait 10 minutes just to get a new one to access my room. After my stay, I called to report the issues and was told someone would get back to me in a few days. Several days with no response, I followed up only to be told there was no record of my initial call. I would not recommend staying here, even for a short visit.

  Empfehlenswert! Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, alles war sauber. Leider haben nur zwei Steckdosen funktioniert, die anderen alle nicht.

  Always very accommodating and friendly. From staff to manager everyone is there to help and make sure I have a comfortable stay every time. Usually stay here when I’m in LA based on how central it is to everything. Mall right up the street. Nice clean rooms and always friendly housekeeping. I enjoy staying here when I’m in town and will continue to do so.

  This is a motel(fits the definition of a motel) If you like staying in a motel go for it. I saw the picture on the internet and thought this was a hotel as the name suggested only to find out that it is motel. I uploaded the picture I took

  Under the title 'terrible customer service', after a very long drive that made for a later check in, we were turned away. The reason given was 'their computer was down' This despite the fact we were pre booked and had our confirmation with us. At a minimum, they could have pulled out a pen and paper, noted the information and given us our room. Instead, we scrambled to find another hotel. It gets better (not really). We were charged FULL PRICE because apparently it was too late to cancel our room. The experience reminded me of a sienfeld episode, except this experience wasn't funny.
