  I fell over an unmarked step and the general manager has been (cowardly) dodging my calls to avoid responsibility. They offered me a coupon to come back, as if I’d want to return to a place that got me hurt. Definitely don’t EVER expect a returned call for any reason. Also, the air actually tastes like cows’ you-know-what.

  Well lit, clean, one of the best complimentary breakfasts! Dinged a point because the curtains let in too much light.

  The individual who checked me in wasn't friendly. Lacking in bedside manners, so to speak. I was never informed about free breakfast, which was found by looking here. The room was very clean, with ample space. AC was a blessing, nice and cool. Attention is needed for the office chairs in the rooms. The one in this room was very wobbly. I was concerned it would fall to the side or even go too far to the rear, dumping me on the floor. Hate to see a lawsuit over a simple replacement, or repair that was neglected. All in all, I'd stay again.

  They stay here was one of the greatest stays thus far. Had great customer service and was treated like family. Bianca , the assistant manager, was very professional and such a wonderful and courteous manager. I will stay here every time I pass through and need a room in my travels. Oh and breakfast was amazing, and FREE!!!!

  The service is awesome the breakfast is always good the lady Bianca in the morning is always friendly with the customers I would stay make that place my best stay in Hereford
