  The room was quiet and in great condition. The front desk staff was friendly and they went the extra mile to help with a concern encountered with breakfast.

  We were looking for a nice room near the water to travel with our pups. The rooms are older, but very well maintained! We called ahead to make sure our room was pet friendly. It turns out that we needed to have the full sized beds instead of the king size in order to bring the pups (no big deal). We stayed in a room with a view of the lake (2nd floor is perfection for the view). Breakfast options were very generous. There are plenty of spaces for the pups to go potty and the ability to walk and bike is amazing. They do have a bike rack to lock your bikes!

  Beautiful views of Dillon reservoir. The staff was fantastic. Very pet friendly. Great breakfast

  Great rooms. But does get warm at night due to lack or air conditioning. You can open the windows which we did. Luckily we were on the top floor, otherwise I would not feel comfortable with them open while I slept. The breakfast was amazing and the views of the mountains and lake are great in many rooms. Laundry room opens at 9am if you are like me and need to try to catch up on trips. Just 1 washer and 1 dryer. The hot tub is large and inside.

  Sheets smelled. Made one question if they had been changed between guests. Front desk clerk was responsive but acted as it she were being bothered. Walls paper thin. Could clearly hear conversations and “activities” next door. Great location. Likely would not stay again.
