    Room is nice. Nice place for the price. If you’re a light sleeper you’ll struggle a little because you can hear almost every door shut. Breakfast was great. I’d stay again.

    10/7/25 We check in and get to room but the microwave wasn’t on so we check to see if it was plugged in which it was. Everything else that was plugged in had power so the problem was the microwave itself. Called front desk and the guy was quick to bring us another one. A few hours later we find out our fridge isn’t working properly. It was at highest setting and it was cold but not as cold as it should be for being on highest setting. My wife called front desk and explained the problem and got a “sigh” from the employee but said he’ll come take a look. So he did and he reset it he also went to check to see if he had any extra fridges and he said he didn’t. He also offered to get us a different room. We ultimately decided to give the fridge until morning and if it wasn’t up to temp we’d go from there. Morning comes and it wasn’t so I go to front desk. I explain to the lady the situation and everything that has transpired with the fridge already and while I appreciate the swap room offer we are already settled in our room and it’s ridiculous to switch rooms completely just to get a working fridge. So I ask can we just swap fridges with a vacant room? She says let me find one and I’ll let you know. 20 minutes later we get a working fridge. These 2 issues staff took care of quickly and minus the sigh from the employee I’m thankful they took care of the issues fairly quick but this could of been avoided if the room was checked before our arrival however this matter can be forgiven. Now comes a different issue. A few nights into our stay a room above us is excessively stomping. I give it some time to see if it stops but it didn’t so I go to tell front desk and ask to speak to a manager. The stomping was happening at current moment may I add. I explain what happened and she asks me “did you call?” I’m like no I’m telling you now because I wanted to give them a chance to stop before I said something and I don’t want to be that type of person. She said “ for the future we need to know this information”. Isn’t that why I’m here right now? I told her this complaint during non quiet hours. The way she was talking to me was as if there was no issue because it wasn’t during quiet hours. REGARDLESS OF WHAT TIME IT IS WE SHOULDN’T HEAR PEOPLE STOMPING ABOVE US. She said “I don’t know if I even have a different room to move you”. This is the second time now the solution was to move us to a different room rather than deal with the root of the problem and both times we never asked or mentioned anything about moving rooms. So she said she’d talk to the room above us and I was asked to report it again if it happened. It happened again the next day at 5:30am. Go to front desk explain what I was told the day before he said he’ll go talk to them. The stomping never stopped. I stopped trying to talk to the staff because they clearly dont care. Never had so many issues with a hotel and referring to the stomping alone I have never experienced that staying at any other hotel. If I’m ever in the area in the future I won’t be staying here. I should be compensated for the many inconveniences.

    Check in was smooth and efficient. Super friendly and helpful. Shuttle on time and quick to airport. Bagged breakfast if leaving early before regular breakfast out. Coffee and tea 24/7. Clean and quiet. Soooo convenient to airport. Recommend.

    It's a solid hotel. The room was clean and nicely designed, I enjoyed the color scheme. I also appreciated a well lit room. The breakfast was good as well, a spread consisting of different types of muffins, bagels, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, juices, coffee, pancakes, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, etc. The yogurt bar came with fun toppings! If you're looking for a good place to stay for the best buck, it's a good option.
