- JBJimmy ByrdSep 18, 20251.0Hotel right on road and road noise. 1st room fridge didn't work. 2nd room 91° degrees in room. 3rd room air conditioning not working. I don't think they do any maintenance on these rooms or hotel.
- SJSharrol JohnsonAug 24, 20253.0This was a nice place to visit. But, I'll never come back. It supposed to be smoke free. So why do the smokers have to stand at the front door. When the doors open the smoke comes right into the hotel and up the stairs. The pool was closed. Venting machine on the 1st floor back I'm on the 3rd floor. I saw something moving on the carpet. 🪳 Huge went right in the toilet. I fell on the 🚿 shower trying to move the showerhead. Check behind your refrigerator? Bring your LYSOL. Breakfast was nice rang out of bagels at 8 am. But, breakfast was nice.

- ALAndrea LawsonJul 22, 20251.0Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend I brought a group of 37 TRIO Upward Bound students and booked 14 rooms at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Three of our rooms were infested with roaches and bed bugs. Several of our students were bitten by bed bugs, and we noticed flying roaches throughout the hotel rooms. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk, we were told that a previous guest had brought in the roaches and the hotel had not been able to eliminate the problem. This clearly indicates that the hotel was aware of the infestation prior to our arrival, yet still assigned those rooms to our group. In addition, the hotel’s website advertised a pool, which was one of the reasons we chose this location. However, the pool was not operational, another huge disappointment for our students. Due to the poor conditions and safety concerns, we were forced to end our stay abruptly. This was a terrible experience for both staff and students. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is not safe, sanitary, or truthful in its advertising.
