I’ve been staying here every chance I get. They have good breakfast. Comfortable beds and rooms. They also have good service. Tonight I experienced great service. My throat kept itching because the chlorine smells, but they accommodated me by switching room when I tried to insist on waiting it out until tmrw. I was extremely tired being on the road all day and it was nice to have this gesture!! I definitely recommend staying here.
I've stayed here twice with my family, the first stay with 2 queen beds was great. The rooms were spacious and we had no real complaints.
The second time however, completely different experience. Their online booking function said that the regular queen rooms were not available, so we had no choice but to book the "VIP floor" with 2 queen beds.
This was over $400 dollars per night, and the room was identical to the regular one, aside from taller ceilings, and a couple extra chocolates. Not worth it at all. It was on the top floor, and we had access to the "premier lounge" but we couldn't even use it because it was locked by the time we showed up for our stay (late check in).
To top it all off, none of the electrical outlets at the bed side work, including the headlamps USB slots, in fact the headlamps themselves don't even work. We felt totally ripped off and it was already so late we had no choice but to just accept that we paid this much money for a room that was worse than the regular one. Lesson learned, we won't be returning and if we do, it's not for the "VIP" floor.

Nice large rooms. Pool was big and what my child likes. The lobby smelled like pool water according to my kiddo but if you aren't big on chlorine might be a deterrent. I stayed here two years ago and this wasn't an issue then. Rooms are starting to show some wear. Breakfast was ok, some fruit was not ideal but the omelette guy was great.

This facility is amazing, what isn't is being told that I have to pay $14/person for an omelet breakfast because I booked through Expedia! So I will be either staying elsewhere or never book with Expedia again! No guest should feel like they're 2nd class after paying +$200. for a night's stay! So shame on Best Western and Expedia and guess what, I'm telling everyone who will listen. I guess your penny pinching will bite you hard this time. I know everyone!
