- TTTim4 days ago1.0Watch out, they raise the price all day and evening and they admitted that if you get there middle of the night, they will charge you the most. Guess if its late they know youre probably desperate and will pay anything they want. Such a shame, I heard Best Western was a reputable brand.
- BABader “Pete” Abulaban6 days ago5.0Great hotel just 20min from downtown DC with great amenities. Room was spacious, bed was comfy, bathroom facilities were in great working condition. Everything was clean and neat and staff were friendly and courteous.
- DCDavid CaldwellOct 19, 20251.0This place is so god-awful. We were in 760. The service is non-existent, they never cleaned our room or brought us things we had asked for. There are MICE in the rooms. The walls might as well be made of cardboard. You can hear everything in every other room so clearly... And when we knew they had available rooms as alternatives because we were here to see my grandmother in hospice, we asked if there was any way we could be moved so we could just go to sleep because right next door was a bunch of loud screaming people we just got ignored.

- BSBlake SeebachOct 10, 20251.0Terrible service, didn’t offer to clean room once during my 4 night stay, offer fresh towels. Even when I asked they said they’d “get to it” and didn’t. TV didn’t work and request to fix it went ignored. Honestly really disappointed as I’ve normally had good experiences with Best Western. Staff just didn’t care.
