Pleasantly surprised by the quality, my experience was great. I’ll stay again if I travel to this area again.

Close enough where we needed to be, but far enough to get a better value. 4* because the noise of the elevator is very annoying especially if you are a light sleeper. As well as the shower. It was twisted weirdly and awkward to restraighten and the shower curtain didn't stop the water from going all over the floor

They put me in room #200 right by the elevator. Hard to sleep with how loud it was.

Coffee maker in room didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Toilet flush handle didn't work (had to reach in tank to flush), shower water had only hot. Only. Hot. front desk staff could not add a second name to the room for a spouse in case of lost key. I do t know what "premier" means to best western, but this was slightly worse than a $50 skid row motel- except Breakfast is very decent Restaurant (separate review) is surprisingly good for dinner. To be clear, this was also a disabled access room.

Walking into this hotel, it initially seemed very nice and clean. However, when we got to our first room, it had a very strong odor of dog urine that was overwhelming. We went back to the front desk, and they kindly moved us to a different room. While the second room was an improvement, it still wasn’t great—there were visible stains on the sheets, towels, and furniture, which made the stay feel less comfortable than expected
