When I arrived, the front desk helped me secure the lowest rate available and then surprised me with an upgrade and this is the first time I’ve ever actually been upgraded as a Diamond member. It was a great way to start the stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and genuinely comfortable. The bar and lobby area have a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes it easy to relax at the end of a long day on the road. The staff here were friendly without being forced, and the whole experience felt smooth and easy. Best Westerns can vary a lot, but this location is absolutely a 10 out of 10. I was impressed. I’ll be choosing this one again whenever I’m passing through. — Aaron
- TBTracy Beach6 days ago5.0Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had an omelete station which I didn't see until I loaded my plate with biscuits, gravy, and bacon. The bar had a great atmosphere and the bartenders were very friendly and accomodating. We were here for softball so the whole team stayed. Fun time, minus the wind and rain :)

Breakfast omelette maker was so happy. Breakfast was great! Bar waitress lady was so good and friendly. You guys have the best staff!
