  New building. Nice, helpful staff. Tim Hortons is their neighbor but staff keep asking you to have free coffee and breakfast at the hotel itself. Filtered water was another nice amenity on my floor.

  Stayed here on business for a few nights. Very nice room with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The breakfast was good and the staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. The parking is outdoors but well lit. Took off one star since the room was not carpeted and I don't like to walk in a bedroom on a hard floor. Would stay here again.

  Rooms were fine but the staff (including the manager Cauline and the owner Terra) are very lacking in customer service skills. There was an issue that could have been easily resolved but they tried very hard to blame Expedia (verifiable false) and then one of their employees. An employee who was kind and provided excellent service. Not a good look for management to throw their good employees under the bus like that. If the owner behaves this way then I will certainly look elsewhere for a hotel (there are several other excellent options) when I need one and I suggest others do the same.

  New hotel. Neat & spacious. Vibe is just amazing. Breakfast available, staff is deliberate on making sure you have a good time. Definitely going again!
