The hotel could use much better maintenance and housekeeping — the room and common areas weren’t very clean, and I expected more in terms of cleanliness. That said, Tina was very helpful during my stay, and her assistance was appreciated.

Working for hotels for years I can say this by far is the best service I have ever been provided at any hotel even the ones I have worked for. My boyfriend had many, sometimes annoying requests and they did it without asking many questions just to provide a great service. The GM was willing to roll his sleeves up to help me one day as well…
If I could rate it higher I would anyone including the GM should be proud of this team!

People work there is not professional.
The staff at this location were unprofessional. We reserved a 26-foot moving truck and confirmed beforehand that there would be space to park it. However, when we arrived, we were told to move the truck even though no one else was parked there.
Additionally, several amenities did not match what was advertised. The hot tub was cemented over, the pool was extremely cold, and there were no towels available in the pool area. To top it off, the TV remote batteries were dead.
Overall, a disappointing experience that did not meet expectations.
Really a great staff that goes above and beyond to help a traveler and someone who wants to enjoy driving with out there hard top on there car( guess who!)

Faye the over night clerk, was rude, not welcoming, did not acknowledge me a a premiere guest, did not talk. Only thing she spoke to me on was my method of payment and to initial the folio. She never smile or anything. She treated the guest after me the same exact way last Saturday night. I will also be reaching out to corporate as a member, because that was poor treatment..
