  The staff was very friendly and the room itself was incredibly affordable and clean. My wife and I stayed there the night before and the night after our wedding. The housekeeper helped me get into my wedding dress and everything was great until we left. When we left I forgot a bag behind, it had some clothes, my costume jewelry, and most importantly the wedding cake that we were saving for our one year anniversary. I tried calling and was given the runaround, so we went back to the hotel. I went to the front desk and my wife immediately went up to the floor where we stayed. The housekeeper had kept the bag, thrown away my underwear from the bag, and ATE THE WEDDING CAKE!!!!!!! She LIED TO my wife about the cake, told her she threw it away. My wife saw the box that it was in, when the housekeeper opened it, all but one bite had been eaten. Other than that, our stay was lovely.

  I LOVED this place. Beautiful hotel, the staff was friendly and the place was spotless (had a lovely fragrance through the hotel ) the room was a little smaller than in the photos but was comfortable. I stayed for three nights and would love to comeback for our anniversary trips. If you go please stop at the attached restaurant. Had amazing drinks, the bartender was very friendly.

  No breakfast as posted. My car was towed after getting a parking pass I paid 36$ for. Complete nightmare. Little teeny room. People outside my room window on the roof all the time, put me next to the elevator and laundry room. Constant noise. Don’t stay here. Staff is rude, did not help the towing situation. I had to call the police and make a report for any help. I paid two nights parking. My car was towed the first night. Then I did not get refunded for parking.

  I discovered this hotel while searching for a last minute hotel for UFC fights. When we arrived, the staff was courteous, the room was pristine, and the location was excellent. It is a very short walk from the Riverwalk and in a perfect location. All things considered, I don't know where else in that area you could find better value for the price. The rooms were less than $90 per night before taxes. I will definitely be staying there again!
