  Todo fué genial! La persona que más nos sorprendió en la estancia fué Hayde la barista que se encarga de preparar desayunos para todos los huéspedes ella sola. Deberían de considerar tener a alguien más porque es humanamente imposible atender a tantos huéspedes con la excelencia que ella lo hace. Una experiencia totalmente satisfactoria

  Merci à Pathik Patel. Il nous a sauvé d’un gros problème. L’hôtel que nous avions réservé a fermé entre-temps et en arrivant à BWPremium, mr Pathik Patel nous a accueilli très aimablement et nous a trouvé une chambre pour 5 jours. Merci, merci. Grâce à lui nous avons pu passer un bon séjour à New York

  Excellent location (access to everywhere by foot or underground), a few steps away from Times Square, and very quiet (at least 12th floor) Service is excellent, always happy to help out with directions, luggage storage, or even a complimentary small fridge during our stay A special thanks for Hayde and Misba and the Nook staff The only downside is that the bed is not large at all. Thank you!

  Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel 1 semaine. L’emplacement est idéal à proximité de tout, à 10min de time square, 10 min de la gare central… Nous avions eu un chambre au 17eme (étage le plus haut) avec une vue direct sur l’empire state building (qui est à 2 rues de l’hôtel). La chambre est un peu petite mais la literie est super ainsi que sale de bain. En ce qui concerne l’isolation phonique rien à dire on entendait absolument rien que ce soit avec la rue ou les chambres. Le personnel est vraiment incroyable très souriant et serviable. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel

  I was amazed by how incredibly kind the staff were — not just the front desk, but also the housekeeping and every single team member I met. They don’t just treat you like a guest; they truly care for you as a person, with genuine warmth that you can feel. The room was smaller than I expected and didn’t have a bathtub, but the staff’s outstanding service mindset completely made up for it. It felt like they were always looking for ways to help guests before being asked. The breakfast service was also excellent. It’s served in the café on the first floor, where you can choose from a variety of options within a set amount — not only sandwiches and coffee, but also oatmeal, fruits, and freshly baked pastries like muffins, croissants, and pains au chocolat. Everything was delicious, especially the coffee and sandwiches! The highlight of my stay was Laxmi — she was so kind, sweet, and full of positive energy. She made every morning feel joyful and special. If you stay at this hotel, I highly recommend including the breakfast option and experiencing her wonderful service. She’s the best! Thank you so much, Laxmi! Every breakfast you made was wonderful, and my whole family truly enjoyed it. We didn’t even leave a single drop of coffee! ☕💛 If we ever come back to New York, we’ll definitely stay here again!
