  Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Upon arrival the room was unsatisfactory with stained pillow cases and a dirty toilet bowl. Went to address this the next morning and the management was very helpful in offering us a late checkout and another clean of the room. Upon getting into said room for our second night, the same stains were on the toilet as it hadn’t been re cleaned properly. Spoke to management again that evening who said they would chase up with the general manager to see if there’s anything they can offer us. Did not hear anything until I chased it up the following morning, to which I was told there is 0 compensation available and nothing more they are prepared to do due to me booking through Expedia on a pre paid stay. The luggage cart also had a flat tyre which made wheeling luggage around significantly more difficult. We also asked for the powder to be changed on the coffee machine and the front desk agent said she would “have a look” then after we sat there for ten minutes she never came over and we decided to leave. The transfer to the airport however was wonderful with an extremely polite gentleman who helped us with our bags. Overall a somewhat unpleasant stay and I would like to think I gave the hotel three individual opportunities to correct mistakes before leaving this review which they did not.

  I just can't say enough for all the service I have received here. From registering and made to feel so welcome to the Restaurant with their efficient service and friendly. My room very eye appealing and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you ❤️

  If you are travelling with pets - stay away from this hotel! They charge 50 CAD for pet per day. What a rip off and total discrimination! Booked a room over the phone and requested pet friendly room. No mention of the pet charge at that time. During check-in ensured that a pet friendly room is provided. The price given at that time was for the room ONLY. After going upstairs with all the luggage, approximately 20min later got a call into the room from reception requesting to head back down to fill in a pet form. Only at that time I was told that a 50 CAD pet fee will be applied to the booking. This was a shock. They provided paper bowl, small toy and few poop bags after filling the form... such a great value for 50 CAD and totally useless as those are essential items we always have with us while we travel with our Rhodesian Ridgeback. You can do better Best Western Premier!!!! Also, older room and not a great location from the truck fumes and noise perspective (close proximity truck depots).
