  Do not stay here. The walls are extremely thin, so you hear everything in neighboring rooms. The climate control doesn't work right, so your tiny room will end up either stifling or freezing. 2 weeks later I found out this hotel gave me scabies! So they're also not taking hygiene seriously. These are insane problems to have given the price for my stay (>$400 per night)

  L’emplacement est idéal très central avec tout à proximité soit en métro soit à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeant. Petit déjeuner à prix raisonnable disponible sur place avec viennoiseries, café . A une rue vous débouchez sur l’Empire State, vous êtes au pied de ce dernier. Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hotel !

  The location and service was really good, especially Khaoola's service was really the best. (Khaoola spoke a little korean was really cute :) But the only flaw was the leaking water out of the bathroom from the shower booth. Overall, it was good!

  Séjour de 6 jours en février. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée une seule fois malgré 4 demandes et même si on nous a assuré que cela sera fait. Pas de nouvelles serviettes pendant tout le séjour. Même plus de papier toilettes qu'on a dû aller chercher à l'accueil. On n'a pas pu dormir pendant 3 nuits car les voisins criaient et riaient toute la nuit, avec la bouche d'aération qui communique entre les 2 chambres on avait l'impression d'être dans la même. Chambre très petite pour 4, on n'avait pas de places pour nos valises. On a oublié nos gants dans la petite salle le soir, le lendemain matin on a fait une réclamation mais personne ne les a jamais retrouvé. A part ça, personnel souriant et aimable mais qui n'a donc pas servi à grand chose. La situation est pas contre un plus.
