Tasia (I hope I spelled that right, she was working Halloween morning/afternoon 2025) helped us out when we first got to Denver. I talked to someone last night about checking in early and they didnt seem interested in ensuring we got in early so I was apprehensive. Our flight was long, we didnt get any sleep, we were weary from traveling and just wanted to check in even an hour early. I called once we touched down and she said "dont worry about anything we will make this work and get you checked in early." She made our dreams come true, she not only made sure we got our room almost 4 hours early but she was kind and made us feel like we were back home. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!
the hotel and service was nice and top notch. rooms were clean. however when I parked in the back during my stay and was alone sitting in my vehicle getting stuff ready to go to my room , I noticed a homeless man that was first trying to get into the dumpster , then went behind my vehicle trying to open my back door until he noticed I was sitting in there, then went on through the parking lot checking other cars if they were locked. not even 200 yards next to the hotel are a bunch of homeless hanging out under the bridge which are just not nice to deal with. like I said nothing wrong with the hotel itself i felt safe inside , however not so much in the parking lot

Was very unimpressed by the cleaniness of the room, we found hair all over the bathroom, multiple stains in and around the whirlpool and when we took a black light to the pillows we found a huge stain which leads me to believe they don't change/clean the pillowcases every guest. Luckily we brought our own pillows and we wiped down the tub with Lysol wipes and it came back so dirty! This isn't a hotel worth the stay especially because the breakfast isnt complimentary 👎

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing but dirty. My first experience was with check in, the lady who attended to me asked me to pay, then I told her I'd paid several weeks ago and showed her proof before she asked for help from her colleague. I checked into Room 176 and found a bottle on the floor of the room. To my surprise it was still there upon my return it. I informed the chubby guy with a bun at the reception that my room wasn't cleaned, he asked if I made any request, told him I didn't know I had to ask. The room was eventually "cleaned" on Saturday but only the bed was laid and the bin empty. The bottle was picked up but the cover was left there as probably "souvenir" for me😂😂😂
Anyways, the floor wasn't cleaned from Friday till Tuesday morning I left. Having traveled from across the Atlantic Ocean, it's the most unpleasant experience I've had from traveling around. I could over look the broken microwave but not cleanliness and the cleverly dismissive attitude of Mr Chubby with a Bun
If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid $230 for one night and it was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The label "Premier" is a complete joke. The room was unsanitary and unsafe.
The floor was a minefield of trip hazards, with a random extension cord snaking across the room and carpet that was literally coming apart at the seams. The cleanliness was appalling – we found stains on the furniture, mold in the bathroom, and even a sticker from someone else's dessert stuck to our wall. The whole place felt neglected and disgusting.
The worst part? When we complained, the hotel's response was to offer us a handful of rewards points. They failed to provide a clean and safe room and then failed to make it right. Save your money and protect your health by staying somewhere else. This location is a stain on the Best Western brand. I have photos to prove every claim.
