  Best place to stay, clean, hospitality was 10/10. Thanks lot to Mr. Robbe at front seat. He went extra step to help me print our papers.

  My friends and I stayed here for one night in October 2025, and I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality we received as it related to the rate. Huge, well-lit parking lot with plenty of parking for everyone. My room was a king-bed room, and it was GREAT! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, bedding and towels were spotless, and the room/bathroom were sparkling clean. I didn't eat breakfast in the morning, but my friends who did stated it was good. The coffee I had wasn't what I normally brew at home, but it wasn't bad at all. The gentleman at the front desk was exceedingly kind and helpful, and my stay was great!

  This was a nice stay! I have been in more comfortable beds though- these are firm & pillows didn’t help much. Water pressure was a little low but fine. No smells. Clean room. Fully stocked. AC stayed cold. The highlight was breakfast!!! Wow!! It’s the best I’ve ever had at a hotel!!!

  We stayed for the Louisville music festival everything was great until they decided to charge us for wetting the bed this issue is currently being disputed with picture evidence of our first night stay of the bed and the day of check out with the bed totally stripped down so after this incident and fraudulent charges and accusations I will never use this place again EVER to just charge somebody for something that I have proof never happened absolutely outrageous 🤬😡 I do not recommend this place at all

  We were in Louisville for a music festival and the front desk staff were super nice and accommodating. They would greet us everyday and if we needed anything they would help us. The breakfast crew were also amazing. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was good and hot. I liked how everyday there was something different. The room was very clean and a decent size. The beds are very firm. The water pressure in the bathroom was good. The only 2 negatives with the bathroom was the bathtub didn't drain very well and the toilet was super loud when you flushed it. My friend who was in a separate room, experienced brown water when trying to take a hot shower, but it wore off once it was ran for a few minutes. When checking in, we were given a piece of paper about maintenance and the breakfast schedule. It said that maintenance will clean rooms that are 4 or more days. We stayed for 5 days and they never came by. We did have the Do Not Disturb on the door for the first 2 days but we took it down. They still never came by. We asked the front desk for a trash bag because our trash cans were filled and we weren't going to leave the room trashed. The location of the hotel is great especially when traveling to the Kentucky Expo Center. I was nervous about the location being in a sketchy area based on reading other reviews but it was honestly not that bad. It's like staying in any other city where you need to be cautious of your surroundings. The parking lot does need improvement. The lines are so faint people would be parking in 2 spots without knowing. They reserved one side of parking for festival goers and that was super nice and accommodating. The faint lines were the only downside of the parking lot. I would definitely stay here again! The staff alone made the stay worth it.
