  Room was clean and nice. Only problem was the shower was very problematic. It took quite a few attempts and the bath plug was broken and it filled up with the shower. As the push button to make it rise was broken. This was room 242

  Nice place to stay. Was a little hesitant at first because the price was so low, but it was just me and it was only a night stay. Very happy with cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was very good and well stocked with lots of variety. Will definitely stay again.

  The hotel offered comfortable rooms with excellent beds and bedding. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with REAL eggs and fresh potatoes. The grounds are well tended with lots of room to walk around. I had my dogs with me and they had plenty of space outdoors to burn off energy after a long car ride.

  I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I reserved a room with a king size bed which was confirmed by email the day before check in. Unfortunately, when I checked in I was given a room with two queen sized beds. When I asked the front desk why I did not receive the king room that I reserved, the response was not “we are sorry, how can we fix this”. Instead, the response was “Is that a problem?” Yes, the beds were too short and therefore I did not sleep well. There also was no hand soap in the bathroom. The toilet looked like it was installed in the 1970s. The pipes in the shower groaned loudly when taking a shower. And there was no room service even though it was requested. After complaining, I was told the management would get back to me, but more than a week later, I have heard nothing. The hotel should be ashamed to charge more than $300 a night for what they provided. Needless to say, I will never stay at a Best Western Hotel again based on this experience.

  I want to thank the entire staff for the most wonderful stay here!! This is my first time traveling alone and I couldn't feel more comfortable here! This hotel is so clean, has so much character, and the entire staff is so welcoming and helpful! Jimmy, thank you for the wonderful breakfasts, you do such a great job not only with the food but with making everyone feel so welcome. And Perry has been very attentive, making sure I have whatever I need. Thank you all so much for the last 3 days I've been here visiting my son at Knox College!! I won't forget it!
