- JJJOct 4, 20252.0I enjoyed my stay here BUT I was charged instantly the security deposit because I checked out 1 minute after checkout time… I’ve never stayed at a hotel that does that… Also if it’s that strict why don’t you let guests know that? When I talked to service desk, I was rudely told to wait because she was busy. I didn’t deserve that. I got to service desk at 12pm. I waited 15 minutes which I’m sure ensured I didn’t make check out time… Also I booked business king, sofa and the chair and sofa had nasty stains.
