I did not stay at the property and after reading reviews I am glad that I didn't. I booked through expedia but had to cancel my trip due to unexpected medical issue. The hotel has a 30 day non-refundable policy, which is ridiculous to start with, and no exceptions for canceling for medical reasons without sending them proof from your doctor. Are you kidding me?!! This is a hotel, not my job or school! I am too sick to deal with this nonsense. Thank you expedia for trying to help with this issue with no success. "Worst Western!"

Booked my work crew in here. Looked like someone was running a barber shop in one bathroom. One of the crew had a cockroach crawl across them in the bed. Another gal had someone knocking on her window at 11pm. Laundry was terrible, wish I never started it there. Left with a garbage bag of unclean wet clothes for work the next day. Half of our crew remained the other half left. The half that stayed asked for a full clean in the rooms when we were at work. We were advised we had to request this a day in advance, which is normal these days. However, under the circumstances I would think they should have accommodated the request. They would not even restock towels, advised me that I could come get them after work. Hospitality is not as common as it used to be in
