  Very clean, very friendly staff, comfortable bed,and one of the better free breakfasts I've had at any hotel. Only reason why it's not 5 stars is that the bathroom was on the small side. But otherwise I would stay here again next time I come through Flagstaff.

  My husband and I have stayed at a best Western quite a few times in our travels. This was one of the nicest that we stayed in. The help was wonderful. The rooms were fine and the pillows were the greatest pillows I’ve ever slept on. Mattresses were very good too. I would recommend it. It’s also in a safe area.

  Very nice place to stay. Right on Route 66, this hotel is basically close to everything.

  The rooms were smaller than expected but the beds were soft and comfortable. The breakfast was basic but tasty. If you are a light sleeper, I would choose a different place. Trains run at all hours of the day and being right on 66 means traffic noise was a bit much.

  This hotel definitely took me by surprise !! I couldn’t make one complaint !! Super clean ! Super easy check in ! Staff is amazing ! Very comfortable and private ! Breakfast area flawless and lots of options !! We talking 5 star hotel disguised as a best western !!! Staying. Here every time we travel thru flagstaff
