  Staff was very rude. Also very misleading. As I walked in the hotel lobby a lady by the name Bhravna was sitting down, and seemed upset she had to get up. I told her I would like a bigger room and asked about the king with kitchen vs the King w whirlpool in room. She has a very thick accent and was difficult to understand. I felt mislead, and would of preferred the open area King w Whirlpool jacuzzi tub. When i wanted to switch it. She became extremely rude and was not helpful whatsoever I call booking.com and the gentleman on the phone spoke clear English and was doing everything he could to help me resolve this situation. There was a $10 price difference which i agreed to pay. However this front desk lady was not budging at all. There was another women there briefly which i did not get her name. I checked in around 1am 09/26/2025 to 09/27/2025 I checked out on time and still have not received my deposit. Also the indoor pool is 4ft all around and not ideal for children. Not to mention it was extremely cold.

  Really quiet and really clean at a great price. Wonderful service. We were visiting family and will stay here again.
