  This place was such a pleasant surprise. The property and rooms were both clean and well cared for. We travel with a dog and appreciated them giving us a first floor room in the back to make it easy to get our dog in and out without bothering other guests. This is a motel, meaning you can park outside your room and not have to go through hallways to get to your room. The room was very clean, beds so comfortable and I’ve never had a hotel/motel room with so much lighting. We didn’t feel like we were in a cave and I had enough light to see to put on makeup. We pass through here once a year and we’ll definitely be back.

  It's not often that you find a business that you are 100% happy with. We stayed at the Best Western in Yemassee and are very pleased. It was clean, convenient and the price was reasonable. But most of our happiness was from Amisha the front desk clerk. SHE WAS EXCELLENT!! I can't remember the last time we encountered a person doing their job that was sincerely pleasant and competent. If I had a business in the area I would beg her to come work for my company. Next time that I am in the area I will make sure to stay here

  Convenient right off 95. Clean & comfortable rooms which appear recently renovated although bathroom still older (but clean). Bed also comfortable! Staff friendly & professional making check-in a breeze. Plenty of working ice machines! Pool looked pristine. The hot breakfast was above the average & we will definitely be stopping here on our travels from now on...

  For the price they're charging, this motel offers great value. Place feels safe and room was clean and freshly renovated. Bathroom was a bit worn but nothing out of normal. Perfectly comfortable place to spend the night on a long road trip.

  Great spot off of 95 to stop for the night, less than a minute off the highway. The front desk staff was more than wonderful, I let them know we would be arriving late overnight around 1-2 am. I was greeted at the front desk with a smile and an employee who said “I was waiting for you!” at 2:30 am. (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) The rooms were renovated, clean and had what you needed (fridge, microwave, dehumidifier, good AC, ample plugs and lights etc). The shower and toilets were the oldest part of the room, however they were extremely clean. The grounds of the hotel were clean, and well maintained with nice landscaping and amble space to walk our dog. The rate for a room with a pet were more than reasonable and we were given a doggie welcome back on arrival. Great little gem with great staff for roadtrip pit stop!
